Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in Cremorne, Sydney, Australia.
Q. Can I come to pick up my order?
A. We apologise but no pick ups are allowed.
All purchases done at Shop 4 Safety will be delivered to you, anywhere in Australia or around the world.
Q. The item I got is faulty or missing parts, what can I do?
A. Unfortunately this can happen sometimes.
If the item is faulty, please contact us before you send it back.
You must get a receipt for the transaction when you send any item back.
Send us a copy of the receipt and we will reimburse you the postage cost.
Once we receive back the item, you can choose to receive a full refund or to get another item sent to you.
If you suspect there is a part missing, please take a picture of all parts you received and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org

Q. I never received my item, what can I do?
A. Please check ho long it should take for your item to arrtive, according to the following table
Sydney: 2 business days
NSW: 3-4 business days
Melbourne/ Brisbane/ Canberra: 4-5 business days
Adelaide: 5-6 business days
Other capital cities: about 7 business days
Remote locations: it can take about 2 weeks for parcels to arrive in remote locations.
If you haven’t yet received after the times stated, please contact us and we will send you a replacement or give you a refund.
